PEP Validation Initiative Participating Plans

1. El Billing NPI debe estar registrado en PEP previo a la fecha en la que se prestó el servicio. De lo contrario estará recibiendo un rechazo con esta nota:
   N2088: PEP: Billing Provider NPI not registered or valid for DOS Medicaid Management Information System at Provider Enrollment Portal.
2. El Zipcode +4 de la dirección donde se ofreció el servicio (Service Facility Location Zipcode) debe estar registrado en el PEP como una facilidad donde el el Billing NPI ofrece servicios. De lo contrario estará recibiendo un rechazo con esta nota:
   N2070: PEP: Provider Address not registered or with discrepancies in Medicaid Management Information System at Provider Enrollment Portal.
3. El Rendering NPI reportado en la reclamación, debe estar asociado al Billing NPI correspondiente en el PEP para la fecha de servicio reportada. De lo contrario estará recibiendo un rechazo con esta nota:
   N2071: PEP: Rendering provider not affiliated to billing in Medicaid Management Information System at Provider Enrollment Portal on date of service.
4.  ** No aplicable a MMM ** Si la reclamación incluye la información del médico que refiere u ordena, El ‘Referring or Ordering NPI’ debe estar registrado en el PEP para la fecha de servicio reportada. De lo contrario estará recibiendo un rechazo con esta nota:
   N2072: PEP: Referring Provider not active in Medicaid Management Information System at Provider Enrollment Portal on date of service.
